Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! or Ein frohes Weihnachtsfest und alles Gute zum neuen Jahr!

So since my last post I have been up to a few things. I made some mince pies with my home made mincemeat which I talked about last time. I used a recipe by Paul A Young for Chocolate Brownie Mince Pies… I can honestly say they are one of the best things I have ever eaten!

My husband also spoiled me by buying me a Kitchen Aid! I was so excited! It is something I have had on my to buy list for a while. Needless to say within half an hour of opening the box I was using it to make bread!

We have had friends from England over for the last week so I haven’t got much baking done, instead we have been visiting all of the Christmas Markets in the snow!
