May has been a busy month! It was my 25th birthday and I have been trying to get ahead on recipes for the blog as we are going away quite a bit over the next few months! This month has been my first full at my new language course and it is HARD. I have always sucked at grammar and putting across my opinion and unfortunately this is what this course is all about! I also find it being an evening course is not ideal for me, as I have better concentration in the morning!

Recipes I have posted this month are; S’mores cheesecake, chocolate covered vanilla biscuits for The Food Exchange, chocolate brownies and double chocolate orange cookies!

For my birthday I made an amazing slutty brownie layer cake for my birthday too!

Outside of the kitchen we have been to a few places this month! We visited Aschaffenburg for the first time which has a really nice castle! We also tried slack lining for the first time! Needless to say Tim was much better than I was!

This month we are off to England for a week and a half for a friends wedding and to visit family which I can’t wait for!
