Cinnamon swirls are one of the things I can make in the house and know as soon as I have turned my back they will be gone. They are Tim’s absolute favourite and I am pretty sure he could eat them at any time of the day!

I adapted a recipe I had to include other ideas I have seen in bakeries and to suit them more to our tastes. If you would like me to post the recipe please let me know!

The other thing I have been working on at the moment has been my sister’s birthday cake. In August about a week and a half after our wedding she turns 21! Seeing as I will be back in England I have decided to try and make her a brilliant birthday cake! Her favourite cake is raspberry and white chocolate, so over the next couple of weeks I am going to be playing around with recipe and decoration ideas!

I have a week off school next week so I am hoping to be able to fit in some time for baking and blog stuff 🙂 With 6 weeks left of school I am getting very excited!
