July has been a fairly busy month, so unfortunately, I haven’t had a chance to blog. I am back now though!
I started off July with a gorgeous bake for The Food Exchange from Greta. This has definitely been my favourite challenge so far! To make it even better, yesterday this photo won a competition over on Instagram by Roddas Cream! Yay!
I then went it to full research-sketching-baking mode for my first wedding cake! If you would like to read more about it, check out my blog post here! I was very nervous and excited about it, but luckily everything turned out really well!
We then headed off to Cannes for 9 days and met my family there. It is the first proper holiday Tim and I have had in three years, so we definitely needed it! We spent 3/4 days either side of our time in Cannes slowly driving there and back. We went through the black forest, Switzerland, Italy and France. Everything went really well, apart from my ear drum bursting as we drove through the Alps! Owch!
I will do a separate post about our holiday, as I want to write about some of the amazing places we went too!
